导致人体组织细胞坏死化脓形成脓肿的细菌很多，一般细菌引起的脓肿均具有红，肿，热，痛四大特征，但结核杆菌导致的脓肿不同，没有四大特征，仅仅只有脓肿，不红，不发热，不痛，脓肿周围也没有明显的充血水肿，因此称为寒性脓肿。
