眼膏剂（Eye ointments）指药物与适宜基质制成的专供眼用的灭菌软膏剂，与滴眼剂相比，具有疗效持久、能减轻眼睑对砚秋的摩擦等特点。也可用于对水不稳定的药物，如某些抗生素不能制成滴眼剂，可制成眼膏剂。
