【概述】
常见于临床上输入氯化钠溶液过，多以细胞外液增多为主发生的组织水肿、肺水肿及心力衰竭。
【诊断】
1.病史
输入氯化钠溶液过多，尤以肾功能低下时。
2.临床表现
以细胞外液增多为主，故常发生组织水肿、肺水肿及心力衰竭。
3.辅助检查
可发现血钠含量升高或正常。
【治疗措施】
限制氯化钠溶液的输入，并给予速尿、利尿酸钠等促使钠、水由肾排出。有肺水肿及心力衰竭时应予强心、利尿治疗。
