腰大肌(Psoas major)位置示意图。
腰大肌（Psoas major muscle）也称大腰肌，为一长梭形肌肉，起自腰椎两旁，与髂肌（Iliacus muscle）共同终点于股骨之小转子（Lesser trochanter）上，合称“髂腰肌”。
